“The sheer number & type of their alleged crimes coupled with the new accusation and public outcry justified my decsion.”Perkins says underprivileged, black, male hopefuls on the local scene seem to be a little ‘challenged’.“There are so many who submit applications but don’t seem to fully understand the competitions rules.

“It’s tragic because the implication is that they don’t read the rules. Many who go through with their acts find themselves ineligible because they chose ‘black’ victims.”
